My Studio

I took over half of my daughters room to set up a mini studio.I have been using it to take pictures of my wifes bags and purses for her etsy shop. I prefer to take the pictures outside ( when it's sunny and nice out) but during the winter months I had to improvise. I can't wait till spring gets here.I think my daughter might like her room back as well :o)

In My Backyard

lanted a bunch of seeds in our garden in the middle of the summer.
We planted some seeds in our garden in the middle of July.Didn't even look at what they were, we just opened the packages and dumped them in the soil.
I went out to pick some tomatoes the other day and Surprise ! ! !

Jessie Ate my Comfest Hat

I know my Comfest hat was weathered,worn and torn but it was my hat.
I've had it for like 4-5 years.We'll Jessie,my daughters pup (aka the other grandchild),doesn't like to be left alone.Give her the chance and she chews things up,like my remote control.She has this sad puppy dog look when she gets in trouble,player..faker ...drama queen....jekyll and hyde.I mean come on ,one minute I have my Comfest hat,the next thing you know I have a shredded hat headed to the dump.
Blahh,
that's all I got to say about that.

I cut out the squirrel and built the signs for the Eco-Chic Craftacular http://www.columbuscraftacular.com/ show going on this weekend.
The show is put on by Etsy Team Columbus http://etsyteamcolumbus.blogspot.com/

I havn't seen the signs for a couple of weeks.After I made them they were sent off to Kathryn(aka Arteest) http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5315399 ,she painted the signs.So last night I was at Whetstone and was able to see them on High Street promoting the show.

Arabella is her name.She is ADORABLE :o)

She has the softest skin and the littlest features.

Lil Paws,Lil Fingies,Lil Footsies,Lil Toes,skinny lil legs,A dinky Lil nose,Lil crys,Lil tuttie patutie.

But she has these BIG Attentive Curious Eyes that look up at you when you hold her in your arms.

It's so nice to have a baby in our home again :o)
